Cancellation and Modification

You can cancel or modify your service at any time before we start performing the test or procedure. We will try to accommodate your request as much as possible, subject to availability and feasibility.

If you cancel or modify your service before we start performing the test or procedure, we will not charge you any cancellation or modification fee. However, if you cancel or modify your service after we start performing the test or procedure, we will charge you a cancellation or modification fee of 50% of the original service fee.

Refund

We offer a full refund if you cancel your service before we start performing the test or procedure. We will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your cancellation request. We will issue the refund in the same mode of payment that you used to pay for the service.

We do not offer any refund if you cancel your service after we start performing the test or procedure. We also do not offer any refund if you do not show up for your appointment or if you fail to provide the necessary information or samples for the test or procedure.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this refund policy in certain cases, such as:

– If we are unable to perform the test or procedure due to technical issues, equipment failure, staff unavailability, or other reasons beyond our control.
– If we make a mistake in performing the test or procedure or in delivering the results.
– If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service or results.
– If you have a valid medical reason for cancelling or modifying your service.

In such cases, we may offer you a partial or full refund, a rescheduling of your service, a repeat of the test or procedure, or a complimentary service, depending on the nature and extent of the issue. We will evaluate each case individually and decide on the appropriate course of action at our sole discretion.
